The SiteManager IoT Edge Gateway is available as a robust, industrial, graded DIN-mountable device or as software which can be embedded on Windows or Linux computers, HMIs, IPCs, or other systems.
Typical IoT gateways function either as a VPN router or as a data collector. SiteManager is a genuine Industrial IoT Edge Gateway that does both at the same time. The data collection capabilities are extended with edge computing abilities through advanced aggregation functions and store-and-forward database capacity.
Collect data from several industrial devices and applications simultaneously and send to a preferred cloud, such as Secomea Data Collection Cloud (DCC), AWS, Azure etc., for further data analytics. Use the collected data to perform OEE calculations on one system or build manufacturing dashboards on another, all while feeding data into your ERP – simultaneously and transparently.
The SiteManager supports all major collector protocols, including Modbus, Siemens S7, Rockwell CIP or Ethernet/IP, Rest/http, and finally, OPC UA.
